Looked far too windy earlier so waited for forecast easing late afternoon. Still looked too windy but tried anyway and pleased to get some gybes in both tacks and a few toesides. Gusts were very strong but at least being a bit offshore the chop did not build too much. Winged much better than I did last time I tried is such strong winds. About 8 out on 2.8m-4m. After sun set wind started to drop quickly so came in. Lovely sunset too. A few riding the small swells.
